January - The Basic Tee
Everybody appreciates what a basic tee can do for their
wardrobe, now we'll have one in embroidery for decorating
clothing, household items and gifts. We'll embellish
them with beads, trims, laces and more!!!
February - Chenille Neck Scarf
A
new chenille technique that takes advantage of a specialty
stabilizer.
We'll add color next month with Fabric Inks !
March - Fabric Painting
Using fabric
inks, we'll explore painting, watercolor and marbling
techniques.
April - Gift Bag with Embroidery
Our watercolor fabric becomes a great little gift bag with the
addition of a little embroidery.
May - Creating Shadows
Creating shadows is a matter of perspective! We'll use
more of our
hand-painted fabric for the leaves and add shadows for our
table topper.
June - Adventures in Vinyl
While learning the nuts and bolts of working with vinyl, we'll
create a summer tote bag. Just in time for those
picnics, swimming parties, and outdoor activities where you
need to take along the stuff !

July and August - Hanky Panky Project
September:
A
computer class to include different types of software that can
be used to create our fabric. The project is a fabric
Fortune Cookie:

We'll begin our fall lineup in
September, spending several meetings exploring the many ways
to use computer printed fabric.
October: Journal Cover
Pam caught the excitement of our fabric printing and made a
display of projects at the store. There is a TPTSSM Journal
that I created just for them. Stop by for a look !!!
November: "Make a Memory"

We'll print our pictures onto fabric
then incorporate them into a special "Memory"
Example: "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" with antique
Christmas cards printed on fabric.
December:
Surprise Project !! and Planning for 2007.
Coasters that fit right on the wineglass and all "made in the
hoop" !
